Responsibilities

Support sales ambitions by meeting service levels and optimizing supply chain performance.
Implement a common global planning concept and best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to optimize S&OP performance and advance automation.
Contribute to building a high-performing Global Operations Management Team.

Requirements

University degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in supply chain, S&OP, demand planning, and forecasting.
Proven managerial experience in global and intercultural environments.
Strong understanding of supply chain cost and capital drivers.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
