Nous recherchons un responsable de l'ingénierie des produits pour diriger l'organisation de développement dans le domaine du développement SW baseband pour les livraisons 5G CR et G5. Le rôle impliquera la sécurisation des niveaux de parité par rapport aux plates-formes héritées et la direction des travaux pour accélérer le développement concurrentiel et diriger l'IA dans le développement RAN.

Ansvarsområden

Own 5G CR and G5 feature and parity development securing TTM and quality and customer satisfaction.
Transform ways of working: Use AI to re-invent how we perform work in development to improve quality, accelerate feature parity, TTM and increasing the pace of innovation to solve customer pain points.
Connect priorities: Align global teams, R&D, Product Line, customers, suppliers and strategic partners around customer needs and technical priorities.
Lead the organization: Develop leaders and technical capability across a global team, with clear accountability and a culture of innovation, simplification, ownership, customer focus and continuous improvement.

Krav

Proven ability to lead transformation, simplify processes and strengthen ownership and accountability.
Extensive leadership experience in global software engineering and system management organizations.
Strong understanding of RAN technology, products and architecture.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align priorities and influence decisions across organizational boundaries.
Inclusive collaborative leadership and experience developing leaders and international technical teams, with a clear focus on customer needs, measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Thrives in an environment of uncertainty and challenges status quo, with willingness to take informed risk and bold decisions
