Scania EAR is seeking a Head of Procurement to lead procurement strategy, operations, and team development across the East Adriatic Region. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, strong leadership, and excellent analytical skills, offering a dynamic international environment with significant impact potential.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead purchasing and sourcing operations, ensuring efficient processes and governance.
  • Create and manage procurement plans.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive sourcing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct cost analyses, and identify savings opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Procurement team.
  • Define and follow up on KPIs, business results, and improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Scania policies, procedures, and Scania Way principles.

Krav

  • University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related business area.
  • Strong leadership and people management experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • High integrity, result orientation, and ability to lead change.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in an international environment is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the D365 system is considered an advantage.
