Sandvik Rock Processing is searching for a Head of Aftermarket to lead Parts and Services in North America. This executive role focuses on driving profitable growth, expanding aftermarket revenue through services and digital solutions, and building a strong, customer-centric team.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the North America Parts & Services Rock Processing business.
  • Drive profitable growth and maximize value delivered to customers across the equipment lifecycle.
  • Execute strategy and expand aftermarket revenues including service contracts, upgrades, rebuilds, and digital solutions.
  • Implement value-based selling approaches to improve customer performance, uptime, and costs.
  • Build and scale service capabilities, standardize operations, and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and digital tools.
  • Strengthen commercial execution and market penetration in collaboration with sales, product lines, and distribution partners.
  • Deep customer engagement to understand operations and deliver differentiated solutions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-centric organization, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
