Responsibilities
- Lead the North America Parts & Services Rock Processing business.
- Drive profitable growth and maximize value delivered to customers across the equipment lifecycle.
- Execute strategy and expand aftermarket revenues including service contracts, upgrades, rebuilds, and digital solutions.
- Implement value-based selling approaches to improve customer performance, uptime, and costs.
- Build and scale service capabilities, standardize operations, and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and digital tools.
- Strengthen commercial execution and market penetration in collaboration with sales, product lines, and distribution partners.
- Deep customer engagement to understand operations and deliver differentiated solutions.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-centric organization, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
