Saab is seeking a Head of On-Prem Infrastructure & Connectivity to lead their digital transformation initiatives. This hybrid role, based in Sweden, involves modernizing on-prem infrastructure platforms and services, driving automation, and ensuring a secure and resilient foundation for business operations.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead the organization, people, and capabilities within on-prem infrastructure.
- Accountable for the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of secure, resilient, and scalable on-prem infrastructure platforms and services.
- Drive the evolution of infrastructure towards modern private cloud and software-defined platform capabilities.
- Enable secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure services through platform engineering, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
- Ensure the availability, security, and resilience of core infrastructure services.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and infrastructure peers.
- Lead platform modernization, standardization, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
- Establish governance, standards, and lifecycle management for infrastructure platforms and services.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and strategic partners.
Krav
- Academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading managers and technical teams in large, complex organisations.
- Extensive experience leading private cloud, infrastructure platform, or enterprise infrastructure services organisations.
- Strong understanding of modern infrastructure technologies, security, resilience, and service operations.
- Experience driving infrastructure modernisation through automation, Infrastructure as Code, and platform engineering.
- Experience establishing governance, standards, and effective operating models.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience from the defence industry or other highly regulated and security-sensitive industries is considered an advantage.
- Ability to align business and technology priorities.
