Ericsson is seeking a Head of Defense Solutions in Stockholm to define and scale their defense portfolio, focusing on communications, private 5G, and emerging capabilities. The role involves translating customer needs into practical, resilient solutions and driving strategy, product development, and customer engagement across technology, product, and business teams.

Ansvarsområden

Shape the strategy and priorities for Ericsson’s defense solutions portfolio.
Translate defense and customer needs into scalable products and solutions.
Lead solution development across technology, product, business and customer teams.
Create roadmaps and drive key development and delivery initiatives.
Assess the portfolio, identify opportunities and establish clear priorities.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Turn emerging technologies into practical capabilities for defense customers.
Support customer opportunities, new offerings and portfolio growth.
Measure progress and improve solutions based on customer and business outcomes.

Krav

Extensive experience in defense, telecommunications, critical communications or a related field.
Experience leading complex solutions, products or technology initiatives.
Strong understanding of system-level challenges and how different technologies work together.
Ability to translate operational needs into clear, scalable solutions.
Experience working with customers, partners and diverse teams.
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
A strategic and practical approach to solving complex problems.
Curiosity about emerging technologies and a commitment to turning ideas into results.
Applicants should be citizens of a NATO member nation and be eligible to obtain and maintain the required security clearances.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in product management, solution architecture or technology strategy is valuable.
Security clearance including references and relevant background screening will be conducted for final candidates.
