Turn strategy into measurable results and improve execution discipline.
Identify opportunities to strengthen capabilities, accelerate delivery, and support growth.
Represent the program office in discussions with executives and external stakeholders.

Krav

Experience leading major programs, transformations, or business growth initiatives.
Background in defense, national security, or another mission-critical industry.
Strong stakeholder management, business, and strategic thinking skills.
Proven ability to deliver results in complex and changing environments.
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
Collaborative approach and ability to build trust across different teams.
Citizens of a NATO member nation.
Eligible to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
