Electrolux Group is looking for a Head of Data & AI for the EMEA & APAC regions to define and execute the Data & AI strategy. This role combines product ownership with technical leadership, focusing on building platforms, capabilities, and teams for data-driven decision-making and AI-powered products.

Ansvarsområden

Define and execute the EMEA & APAC Data & AI strategy.
Lead Data & AI products, platforms and engineering capabilities.
Establish data architecture, governance and technology direction.
Enable product organizations through shared data services and expertise.
Drive AI adoption and innovation across the business.
Build scalable data platforms and analytical capabilities.
Foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

Krav

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or related field.
Significant leadership experience in Data, Analytics and AI.
Experience leading data engineering and platform organizations.
Experience establishing enterprise Data & AI strategies.
Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-wide data and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience building and scaling modern data platforms that enable advanced analytics, AI, and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to partner with senior executives and business leaders to champion Data & AI adoption.
