We are seeking an inspiring and business-oriented Head of Contract Management to lead a team of 15 specialists at Saab Underwater Systems in Linköping, Sweden. This role involves shaping the future of underwater defense solutions, driving contract management activities, supporting bid and proposal efforts, and enhancing S&OP analysis. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and a strong business understanding.

Ansvarsområden

Leading, coaching and developing a team of highly skilled professionals.
Driving contract management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Supporting business opportunities through bid and proposal management as well as cost estimation.
Ensuring high-quality planning and execution support for ongoing programs and projects.
Leading and developing processes related to Resource Capacity Management (RCM).
Providing and enhancing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
Building strong partnerships with program management, engineering, finance, supply chain, and customer organizations.
Contributing to the continuous development of tools, processes, and ways of working.

Krav

Proven leadership experience, either as a people manager or in a senior leadership role.
Experience from contract management, business management, project management, commercial management, or similar areas.
Strong business understanding and analytical skills.
The ability to communicate clearly and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
A structured approach combined with the flexibility to manage changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
Must pass a security vetting.
