Amazon is looking for a skilled Tech Sourcing Recruiter for a 6-month remote contract role, based in India (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon). The primary focus is on sourcing passive candidates from the US market to support growth, utilizing tools like Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub. This role involves building candidate networks, conducting in-depth interviews, and managing recruitment processes to meet hiring goals.

Ansvarsområden

Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web, and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess fit.
Filter candidates during recruiter phone screens.
Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening to assess qualifications and skill alignment.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
Recommend recruitment strategies for long-range company growth.
Implement and fine-tune recruiting processes to deliver high-quality results.
Articulate a written plan with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
Create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills.
Build sourcing strategies and brainstorm creative solutions.
Scout bar-raising talent across Americas, Europe, AMET, and India.

Krav

2+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets.
Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit.
Ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline.
Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
Ability to prioritize time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
