Amazon is seeking an exceptionally talented Tech Sourcing Recruiter for a 6-month contractual role to support their US market growth. This remote position requires experience in candidate generation, Boolean search, and managing hiring timelines, focusing on building a strong network of potential candidates.

Ansvarsområden

Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
Implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting.
Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit.
Filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
Conduct on-phone and virtual candidate screening process to assess qualification and skill alignment.

Krav

1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets
Proven ability and sharp on the feet to proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search/ Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
Experience in conducting candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, with ability to filter the right candidates during recruiter phone screen.
