Emerson is seeking an experienced Finance Leader to join their Global FP&A COE in Pune as a Group Manager. This role involves leading a team of over 30 professionals, providing strategic finance support across multiple business units in MEA and Asia Pacific, and driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Ansvarsområden

Lead a high-performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization of 30+ professionals.
Provide strategic finance support across multiple Business Units in the MEA and Asia Pacific World Areas.
Hire, lead, and coach the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Set up and drive Business Unit Group level objectives within COE.
Drive performance management, training & development of the team.
Foster a continuous process improvement culture within the group.
Conduct whitespace analysis of Business Unit (BU) support activities.
Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
Lead the resolution of financial reporting and analysis escalations during month-end close.
Support FP&A COE standardization and automation by collaborating with Techno Hub and Automation team.
Own the planning, monitoring, and governance of the Group's cost budgets.
Act as the key liaison for Finance Leadership on charge per head questions.
Partner with the Accounting team for accurate and timely invoicing and financial processing.

Krav

Finance leader with minimum 15 years of work experience in FP&A Domain.
Proven skills in business partnering and leading people.
Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
Strategic thinking ability and driving results with high collaboration standards.
Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to processes.
Experience managing stakeholders, situational adaptability, managing complexities & ambiguity.
Qualified Chartered Accountant, CMA or any other professional qualification in finance.
Proven leadership skills of a dynamic group of professionals including Chartered accountants and CMAs.
Advanced understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
System knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management.
Experience with Power BI or related presentation tools.
