Accenture is looking for recent graduates to join their Industry & Process Strategy graduate track. This program offers early exposure to strategic business challenges, hands-on experience, and development in analytical, business, and leadership skills, focusing on AI-enabled business environments. Graduates will work on client challenges to determine where organizations should compete and how to create value.

Ansvarsområden

Work alongside experienced strategy professionals on real client challenges.
Help organizations answer key business questions about competition, value creation, and long-term success.
Gain hands-on experience in strategic analysis, business case development, and client recommendations.
Apply data, analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to strategic challenges.
Support transformation initiatives from assessment through roadmap development.
Develop recommendations and presentations for client leadership teams.

Krav

Master's degree or will receive degree before September 2027.
Able to start at Accenture in September 2027.
Strong academic results in a relevant field (e.g., Business & Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems, Data Analytics).
Analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen.
Interest in strategy, growth, transformation, and business development.
Curiosity about how organizations create value and sustain competitive advantage.
Excitement about AI's impact on industries and business models.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
Fluent in English and Swedish (verbally and in writing).
