Accenture seeks ambitious, analytical graduates for its Industry & Process Consulting program. This early career track offers hands-on experience in business transformation, leveraging AI, data, and technology to solve complex client challenges. Successful candidates will join a dedicated consulting track with extensive training and mentorship, starting in September 2027.

Ansvarsområden

Support business transformation programs.
Analyze challenges across people, processes, technology, and data.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
Identify opportunities to improve performance and create value.
Support organizational change and adoption initiatives.
Redesign business processes and operating models.
Define and document business requirements.
Apply data, analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to support decision-making.
Develop recommendations, business cases, and presentations for client stakeholders.
Help turn recommendations into implementation roadmaps and action plans.

Krav

Master's degree or will receive degree before September 2027.
Ability to start in September 2027.
Strong academic results in a relevant field.
Analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen.
Interest in consulting, transformation, operations, or business development.
Curiosity about how organizations operate and create value.
Interest in how AI, data, and technology are transforming business performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn.
Fluent in English and Swedish (verbally and in writing).

Önskade kvalifikationer

Relevant educational backgrounds may include Business & Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Human Resources, and related disciplines.
Depending on the assignment, work may take place from an Accenture office, a client location, or remotely.
Flexibility and mobility are therefore expected.
