Volvo Group is hiring Graduate Apprentice Trainees in Bangalore for a 1-year on-the-job training program. This temporary, on-site role is ideal for BCom/BBA graduates looking for practical experience in accounting, GST, and TDS. The program is part of India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme.
Ansvarsområden
- Assist in preparing and posting journal entries in the general ledger.
- Support in GST, TDS and Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Support in the preparation of workings for the remittance of TDS & GST.
- Information support for periodic return filings for TDS, GST etc.
- Handle employee claims and settlements.
- Perform account reconciliations (balance sheet reconciliations).
- Coordinate with other finance teams (P2P, O2C) for data accuracy.
- Learn and use ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for financial transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Help in preparing financial statements and reports.
Krav
- BCom/BBA Graduate; passed out in 2024/2025/2026.
- All mark sheets and provisional degree certificate is mandatory.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
