Qualcomm is looking for a GPU Implementation Engineer to architect, design, implement, and optimize GPU cores. This role involves building simulations, developing software, and testing graphics to ensure performance and power goals are met, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Ansvarsområden

  • Apply GPU knowledge to architect, design, implement, verify, and optimize GPU cores for performance and power.
  • Build functional model simulations and develop software for graphics testing.
  • Program and run graphics tests to assess functionality, performance, and power, identifying issues.
  • Collaborate with teams, third-party vendors, and external users to guide implementation.
  • Develop driver and compiler software to support GPU products.
  • Write detailed technical documentation and feature descriptions for GPU projects.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant GPU experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant GPU experience.
