Alfa Laval is seeking a D365 Key User in Satara, India, for a full-time, on-site role. This position involves becoming a factory expert in D365 for order processing, pricing, and related functions, ensuring local processes align with global standards, and supporting end-users. The role also includes driving data migration from legacy systems and acting as a super-user post-go-live, requiring strong manufacturing process knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Ansvarsområden

Become the factory's expert in D365 for order receipt, validation, processing, commissions/credits, and pricing.
Understand and validate track processes and cross-functional connections.
Ensure local processes align with global processes.
Be hands-on during site roll-out, defining and testing business scenarios.
Perform end-to-end and UAT testing.
Prepare training materials and document SOPs.
Support and train local users in D365.
Drive local data cleansing in the legacy system (Movex).
Ensure all items in scope are marked and categorized in the legacy system.
Extract data in scope from the legacy system and ensure coherence.
Coordinate track activities across sites after Go Live.
Govern and implement new processes after deployment.
Serve as a super-user/point of contact for processes after site go-live.
Act as an interface group to the Local Steering Committee.
Own business/delivery process scenarios for the track and be responsible for the business scenario scope.
Be responsible for testing that the solution is acceptable.
Ensure local processes fit OneERP Standard and local legal requirements.
Be responsible for securing that locally owned gaps are closed.
Support end users in change management.
Be responsible for the process/function benefit realization post roll-out.

Krav

Deep understanding of business processes and best practices in the specific functional area (Product Specific Knowledge, Product Structure Knowledge, Planning Process Understanding, Manufacturing Process Understanding).
English Fluency.
Ability to train and guide others and bridge gaps between D365 experts and end-users.
Advocate for D365 within their teams and influence colleagues positively.
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
Fairly IT proficient and become proficient in using D365.
Desire for continuous improvement of the local solution.
Attention to detail for configuring system settings, defining security roles, and testing functionality.
Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Planning Processes, Product Knowledge, Logistics, Despatch, GST Taxation & Warehouse functions, processes, methodologies and tools of around 5+ Years.
Knowledge of RTO and Custom Rules and Taxations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Exposure to small/medium/large scale program implementation is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience and understanding of how to drive and manage organizational change related to IT transformation, with a focus on minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption.
Knowledge of ALPS.
Awareness or exposure to D 365 / ERP implementation will be preferred.
