Ansvarsområden

Deliver and improve operational excellence, identifying opportunities to scale operations to an exceptional standard.
Resolve and prioritize complex or sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and collaboration with global/regional process owners.
Implement and execute service delivery improvements and new process/scope changes, including vendor activities.
Represent the user by surfacing relevant feedback to process owners and collaborating on initiatives to address user needs.
Develop deep expertise in HR operations support systems, troubleshooting issues and consulting on system infrastructure changes.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in HR, operations, process improvement, or a relevant field.
5 years of experience identifying process issues and creating solutions.
5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to drive changes.
5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
English proficiency is a requirement.

Önskade kvalifikationer

MBA or Master's degree.
Experience in Human Resource (HR).
Experience in resolving and troubleshooting complex or sensitive day-to-day user or customer needs, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience delivering operational services or making service delivery improvements in a fast-paced environment with many interdependencies.
Effective problem-solving, troubleshooting and analytics skills, with a strong operational mindset.
