As a Goods Flow Team Leader at IKEA in Johor Bahru, you will ensure adherence to SOPs, maximize product availability at minimal cost, and optimize the total customer order fulfillment process. You will develop your team's competence and confidence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance with IKEA values and regulations.

Ansvarsområden

Ensure goods flow co-workers adhere to SOPs and working methods to maximize availability at the lowest possible costs.
Ensure efficient completion of customer order fulfillment process to meet customer expectations.
Develop coworkers' competence and confidence by sharing expertise and guiding daily operations.
Contribute input and feedback to the store business plan.
Support colleagues in other functions and improve their understanding of logistics.
Ensure knowledgeable and skilled teams guarantee an excellent customer shopping experience through product quality, inventory routine, merchandising, and stock accuracy.
Support the Goods Flow Manager in identifying, retaining, and developing talents within the goods flow team for future succession.
Ensure the goods flow team has the right know-how and complies with IKEA Code of Conduct, internal regulations, and local legislation regarding health, safety, and security.
Live IKEA values and nurture a strong IKEA culture.
Take responsibility for lowering environmental impact and contributing to long-term profitability sustainably.
Optimize short-term store capacity usage for efficient logistics operations.
Contribute to IKEA value chain tasks and goals through correct execution of assigned goods flow processes.

Krav

Knowledge of Safety in Goods Handling (SiGH) and SOPs for goods flow processes.
Understanding of how to contribute to a well-executed replenishment completed by store opening.
Understanding of how to contribute to an efficient goods flow operation and how measuring the timing of goods flow tasks supports Volume based Resource Planning.
Flexible approach to daily tasks and ability to adapt to unpredictable situations.
Openness to new ideas and changes in ways of working.
