Ansvarsområden

Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned areas using IKEA systems and equipment.
Achieve efficient goods flow processes and data integrity to maximize stock accuracy and product availability.
Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operations in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.
Contribute to the agreed goals of the Goods Flow Team and participate in goal-setting.
Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Support colleagues in preventing health, safety, and/or security-related incidents.

Krav

Interest in home furnishing, customer needs, and the IKEA product range.
At least 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry.
Effective time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
Commitment to delivering according to expectations.
Good attention to details for accuracy.
Ability to learn quickly and ask questions when unclear.
Flexibility and adaptability to daily tasks and changes in ways of working.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Forklift Certification is a plus.
Relevant skills and expertise in forklift operation is a plus.
