Ansvarsområden

Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned areas using IKEA systems and equipment.
Achieve efficient goods flow process and data integrity to maximize stock accuracy and product availability.
Contribute to an optimized daily goods flow operation by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.
Contribute to the agreed goals of the Goods Flow Team and participate in goal-setting.
Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Support colleagues in preventing health, safety, and security-related incidents.

Krav

Interest in home furnishing, people's homes, and the IKEA product range.
Forklift Certification or relevant skills and expertise in forklift operation is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in the retail industry.
Effective time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
Commitment to delivering according to expectations.
Good attention to details to achieve accuracy.
Quick learner with the ability to ask questions when unclear.
Flexibility in approach to daily tasks and adaptability to unpredictable situations.
Openness to new ideas and changes in ways of working.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
