Ansvarsområden
- Contribute to business development and implementation according to plan, strategy and targets.
- Proactively drive business growth by leading sales activities.
- Manage proposal technical concepting and principal system engineering selections.
- Support and initiate Marketing activities.
- Strive for new business development.
Krav
- 5+ years’ work experience from sales or business development
- M.Sc./ B.Sc. or equivalent degree in technology, preferable within field of energy, process or marine technology
- Capability to manage systems and solutions sales on a personal level
- Knowledge of energy technology and thermodynamics
- Skills in understanding and applying strategic marketing concepts like positioning and value proposition
- Basic understanding of regulatory, financial, and contractual aspects of international business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where conflicting interests are the norm and yet finding win-wins is essential for success
- Personal drive and proactiveness, with ambition and desire to succeed in developing the business
- Excellent English communication skills
- Readiness to travel internationally and basic cultural awareness skills
