Ansvarsområden
- Responsible for troubleshooting for more complex issues at customer site as well as internally.
- Drive product and process validation projects.
- Provide input and support for trainings.
- Provide inputs for EPD, NPD and product concept development related to the complete product lifecycle.
- Provide input on legislation and design standards.
Krav
- Technical background with a scientific school and preferably an engineering degree.
- A couple of years experience on a technical support role.
- Experience within Heating or HVAC industry.
- Successful track record based on supportive behavior in combination with excellent communications skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Understand how to work in a cross-functional organization.
