We are seeking a German-Speaking Guest Services Representative in Zagreb, Croatia to assist guests and create magical moments. This full-time role involves answering calls and emails, resolving issues, and working independently within a structured virtual environment. Ansvarsområden

  • Answer inbound calls and emails to assist guests and provide the best retail experience.
  • Engage with guests, actively listen, and provide impeccable guest service.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting guests' experiences.
  • Channel escalated issues to appropriate supervisory staff.
  • Multitask in systems while providing updates or instructions to guests.
  • Work independently with discipline and motivation in a virtual environment.
  • Adhere to a strict full-time schedule, taking high-volume inbound calls.
  • Work shifts Monday through Friday, 09:00-17:00h from the Zagreb office.

Krav

  • Excellent German (C1 or native level) written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good English (min B1/B2) written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer knowledge.
  • Courteous and friendly with a high level of professionalism.
  • Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to policies.
  • Able to multitask while talking to guests on the phone.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to actively listen to guest needs and demonstrate empathy.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience troubleshooting basic online retail store process preferred.
  • Previous call center and/or work from home experience preferred.
