Seeking an Inside Sales Support professional in Busan, Korea, to manage quotations, execute orders, and coordinate aftermarket activities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
Ansvarsområden
- Manage spare parts RFQs and support quotation preparation using standardized tools and templates.
- Support CRM opportunity maintenance, quotation tracking, and forecasting for improved conversion rates.
- Review and validate customer purchase orders and commercial requirements for accuracy and compliance.
- Execute the complete order fulfillment process within ERP systems, including entry, delivery, invoicing, and closure.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Technical Support, and Account Managers to ensure timely order execution.
- Drive process governance, issue resolution, forecasting support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related commercial or technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of aftermarket operations, quotation management, order-to-cash processes, and customer support activities.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales support, sales administration, order management, customer service, supply chain, or aftermarket operations.
- Hands-on experience in quotation preparation, order processing, invoicing, and CRM support.
- Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and familiar with CRM and pipeline management tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Capable of managing high-volume quotations and orders with strong attention to detail.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A structured, proactive, and collaborative team player.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in marine, industrial equipment, oil & gas, process industry, or rotating machinery businesses is advantageous.
- Exposure to international business environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Experience in operational reporting, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
