I korthet

Tetra Pak's Future Talent Programme offers a 24-month structured trainee program to develop Services Sales Specialists. This program provides hands-on experience, cross-functional rotations, and global exposure to build business acumen and drive commercial impact in the food packaging industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Engage customers and build long-term relationships in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Support deployment of service portfolios aligned to market needs.
  • Contribute to both revenue growth and customer success.
  • Gain insights into market trends and identify growth opportunities.

Krav

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate with less than 1 year of working experience (excluding internship).
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders.
  • A proactive, “can-do” mindset with curiosity to learn.
  • Interest in business development and customer-facing roles.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Willingness to travel and support customers throughout Malaysia.
