Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a customer-focused Full Life Cycle Recruiter to manage high-volume technical recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing and closing strategies, managing multiple requisitions, and contributing to strategic recruitment projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical recruiting experience and experience with recruiting tools.

Ansvarsområden

Manage, prioritize, and close multiple requisitions against a timeline.
Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies.
Develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that contribute to the company's long-range growth.
Implement new and fine-tune standard recruiting processes.
Articulate plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
Assess best practices in interviewing techniques and leverage internal talent sources.

Krav

5+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience.
Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
