- Manage, prioritize, and close multiple requisitions against a timeline.
- Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies.
- Develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
- Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that contribute to the company's long-range growth.
- Implement new and fine-tune standard recruiting processes.
- Articulate plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
- Assess best practices in interviewing techniques and leverage internal talent sources.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience.
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
- Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
