Lead and develop co-workers in receiving, replenishing, storing, picking, and dispatching goods for IKEA's warehouse operations in Joliet, Illinois. This full-time role focuses on supporting high-performing daily operations, securing efficiency, and contributing to overall warehouse goals to ensure customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, coach, and develop co-workers responsible for receiving, replenishing, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
  • Support high-performing daily operations for the assigned central fulfilment unit and monitor departmental KPIs.
  • Secure efficiency and implement improvements to exceed customer expectations.
  • Contribute to overall warehouse operations goal setting and analyze workload to secure daily volume handling.
  • Contribute to people, shift, and equipment planning based on volume forecast.
  • Contribute to increasing efficiency and striving for excellence to reduce cost and improve productivity.

Krav

  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, replenishing, storing, picking, and dispatching.
  • Focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze workload and plan for seasonal fluctuations.
  • Proficiency in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in contributing to local business plans/projects.
  • Familiarity with Mid-term Plan (MTP) and Short-Term Plan (STP) for operational capacities.
  • Background check and drug test may be required.
