We are looking for a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations (Logistic) Team in Spreitenbach, Switzerland. This role involves managing orders, coordinating shipments, and optimizing warehouse operations to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate has previous logistics leadership experience, strong communication skills in German and English, and knowledge of retail/fulfilment processes.

Ansvarsområden

Lead and motivate the In-store Fulfilment Operations (Logistic) Team.
Ensure highest goods availability and operational readiness.
Achieve daily operational targets and performance goals.
Identify, recruit, retain, and develop team talents.
Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Fulfillment (Logistic) operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Monitor KPIs and metrics to drive operational excellence.

Krav

Previous experience in logistics or a related field, with at least two years in a leadership or coordinator role.
Strong leadership skills.
Good knowledge of retail and/or fulfilment operations processes, tools and working methods.
Knowledge of budgets, costs, and KPIs.
Ability to deal with the unknown in a constantly changing omnichannel environment.
Ability to communicate clearly in German and English.
Forklift license is an advantage (or willingness to learn).
