Ansvarsområden

  • Lead Fulfilment Operations Co-workers in the assigned area to secure highest goods availability and operational readiness at the lowest possible cost.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop talents within the Fulfilment Operations team to ensure a diverse, high-performing team and secure future succession.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with IKEA's Code of Conduct, internal regulations, and local legislation.
  • Ensure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily fulfilment operations by contributing to goal setting, people, shift, and equipment planning.
  • Create co-workers' quality awareness to prevent and reduce damages.
  • Drive the implementation of local business plans/projects and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal needs.
  • Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda in assigned unit operations.

Krav

  • University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
