As Fulfilment Operations Team Leader in Dumbravita, Romania, you will lead teams to ensure high goods availability and operational efficiency while maintaining a safe working environment. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining talent, fostering collaboration with various departments and external providers to meet customer order fulfillment goals and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Ansvarsområden

Lead Fulfilment Operations Coordinators and Co-workers to ensure high goods availability, operational readiness, and cost efficiency.
Identify, recruit, retain, and develop talents within the Fulfilment Operations team, ensuring a diverse and high-performing team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with IKEA's Code of Conduct and local legislation.
Ensure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily Fulfilment Operations through planning, quality awareness, and workload analysis.
Cooperate and communicate closely with the Fulfilment Integration team, Store Management, support departments, and external providers.
Contribute to setting KPIs, monitoring achievement, and implementing actions for expected outcomes.
Conduct annual performance reviews and monitor employee achievement.
Manage monthly clocking-in of subordinate employees.
Support the implementation of the Fulfilment Sustainability agenda.

Krav

High school diploma or university degree in economics, logistics, supply chain management, or relevant experience.
1-2 years of experience in people management or a leadership role, preferably in distribution, retail, or logistics.
Excellent coordination and delegation skills.
Strong analytical skills in budgeting, cost management, and KPIs.
Experience engaging other leaders by setting priorities, delegating, and providing feedback.
Experience in tactical and operational thinking, implementing action plans, and providing clear direction.
Excellent, clear, and concise communication skills.
Good skills in using computers, digital devices, and relevant technologies.
Ability to implement an organized way of working.
Proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions for challenges.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Romanian.
Advanced or medium knowledge of English, written and conversational.
Able to handle products up to 25 kg.
