IKEA is looking for a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator for the PM Shift in Hamilton, Canada. This role is responsible for supporting daily operations such as picking, packing, and loading, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring operational goals are met. A university degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred, along with demonstrated experience in fast-paced operational environments.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the team in planning and leading major areas of responsibility: picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishment of goods/orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance with all safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Supervise daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials.
  • Ensure that daily routines are followed.

Krav

  • University or college degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in retail and/or logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated experience using technical equipment and systems efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and continuously improve daily operations to drive efficiency and productivity.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to guide, support, and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
