Responsibilities
- Support the team in planning and leading major areas of responsibility: picking, packing, unloading, loading, and replenishment of goods/orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all safety requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Supervise daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials.
- Ensure that daily routines are followed.
Requirements
- University or college degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in retail and/or logistics operations.
- Demonstrated experience using technical equipment and systems efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and continuously improve daily operations to drive efficiency and productivity.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to guide, support, and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
