IKEA Canada is hiring a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker for its new Customer Distribution Centre in Hamilton, Ontario. This role involves receiving, storing, picking, and delivering products efficiently while ensuring safety and quality. You will contribute to a seamless customer experience and support IKEA's omnichannel growth.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, utilizing available systems and tools for efficient operations and data integrity.
  • Contribute to high goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of assigned fulfilment unit operations.
  • Adhere to all IKEA health, safety, and security rules and business requirements.
  • Ensure optimized daily fulfilment unit operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious manner.
  • Receive, replenish, pick, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, prioritizing safety and quality to ensure timely product delivery.

Krav

  • Demonstrated experience operating warehouse and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused omnichannel retail environment.
  • Proven ability to follow operational procedures, action plans, and established work methods.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift experience is considered a strong asset.
