Responsibilities
- Perform core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, utilizing available systems and tools for efficient operations and data integrity.
- Contribute to high goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of assigned fulfilment unit operations.
- Adhere to all IKEA health, safety, and security rules and business requirements.
- Ensure optimized daily fulfilment unit operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious manner.
- Receive, replenish, pick, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with the team, prioritizing safety and quality to ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience operating warehouse and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused omnichannel retail environment.
- Proven ability to follow operational procedures, action plans, and established work methods.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Desired Qualifications
- Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift experience is considered a strong asset.
