I korthet

The FSSC Associate position in Shanghai is responsible for processing operational transactions, managing master data, and ensuring data accuracy within the Finance Shared Service Center. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates or those with 0-2 years of experience to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ansvarsområden

Process operational transactions in line with Service Level Agreement and defined performance standards.
Support master data management and daily FSSC operations to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
Deliver high level customer service within responsible areas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain customer, vendor and material master data in ERP systems and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Support daily master data creation, modification and maintenance requests according to established procedures and SLA requirements.
Assist in bank reconciliation, month-end closing and other finance-related activities when required.
Support ERP system maintenance, testing and data cleansing activities.
Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs.
Provide good service defined in Service Level Agreement and respect FSSC commitments to internal and external clients.
Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives.

Krav

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
0-2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in IFRS and China Accounting Standards
Familiar with ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Good communication and English skill
