Responsibilities
- Process operational transactions in line with Service Level Agreement and defined performance standards.
- Support master data management and daily FSSC operations to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
- Deliver high level customer service within responsible areas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain customer, vendor and material master data in ERP systems and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Support daily master data creation, modification and maintenance requests according to established procedures and SLA requirements.
- Assist in bank reconciliation, month-end closing and other finance-related activities when required.
- Support ERP system maintenance, testing and data cleansing activities.
- Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs.
- Provide good service defined in Service Level Agreement and respect FSSC commitments to internal and external clients.
- Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in IFRS and China Accounting Standards
- Familiar with ERP system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Good communication and English skill

- Microsoft Dynamic AX is a plus
