We are seeking a passionate Food Team Leader (Operations) to join IKEA in Rhodes, NSW. This permanent full-time role involves leading and developing a team, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and driving an exceptional customer experience within the Food department.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead, develop, and coach team members to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operations, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Maintain IKEA Quality and Food Safety Standards, ensuring compliance with HACCP.
  • Ensure the Food department is efficiently maintained, clean, organized, and attractive.
  • Actively sell IKEA Food products and find creative ways to merchandise and drive sales.
  • Support and lead change management within the department and the wider store.

Krav

  • Experience working closely with co-workers and championing a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to lead by example, support, and coach co-workers.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including day/evening shifts and alternating weekends.
