Support dishroom and cleaning routines.
Receive training to develop kitchen and food preparation skills.
Create a positive experience by being friendly, helpful, and approachable.
Work with the team and jump in where needed, especially during busy periods.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and organization.
Support food preparation and service with care, consistency, and attention to quality.
Follow food safety practices, including allergen awareness, expiry controls, hygiene, and cross-contamination prevention.
Take responsibility for your part of the operation while supporting the team.
