As a Food Service Team Member at IKEA, you will be responsible for preparing menu items, serving customers, processing sales, and maintaining the Swedish Food Market. This part-time role requires adherence to food safety, health, and sustainability standards, with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.

Ansvarsområden

Prepare and maintain IKEA Food menu items according to concept and standards.
Respond to customer inquiries and process sales transactions accurately.
Maintain equipment operation, troubleshooting breakdowns, and conducting maintenance.
Ensure a clean supply of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and play areas.
Manage the Swedish Food Market, including merchandising, pricing, and stock rotation.
Ensure accurate price communication across all food solutions.
Maintain supply rotation and stocking using FIFO and expiration date principles.
Implement IKEA Food policies for goods receiving and inventory.
Adhere to safe food handling, workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Contribute to an inclusive work environment embracing IKEA culture and diversity.

Krav

Minimum 2 years related experience.
Experience in a high-volume customer-facing environment preferred.
Experience in a high-volume retail environment with knowledge of basic merchandising and selling concepts preferred.
Food Handler Certification and/or Food Handler Card required within 30 days of employment (as required by local jurisdiction).
