As a Food Commercial Manager at IKEA Tempe, you will lead food commercial operations, driving performance and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and drive food commercial operations, executing the commercial strategy and sales-driving initiatives.
  • Implement IKEA commercial frameworks, standards, and cross-merchandising strategies.
  • Deliver a high-quality, seamless customer experience across all food areas, including the Restaurant and Food Market.
  • Ensure operational excellence, food safety, compliance, and high standards.
  • Coach and develop team leaders and co-workers for optimal results.
  • Utilize customer insights to improve the Food business and customer journey.
  • Contribute to and execute the unit and IKEA Food business plans.
  • Drive commercial performance and profitability, focusing on sales and gross margins.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Food into the total store experience.

Krav

  • Passion for food, people, and commercial results; ability to turn strategy into action.
  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment (food retail or hospitality preferred).
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, analyzing P&Ls, and optimizing sales/margins.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Customer-first mindset with an understanding of customer behaviour in retail or food.
  • Ability to lead through change, inspire teams, and deliver results through people.
  • Strong alignment with IKEA values, including passion for diversity, inclusion, and positive workplace culture.
