Emerson seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for its Cranberry Township, PA office to lead the Global FP&A team in financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and decision support. This role involves transforming financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.

Ansvarsområden

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Provide financial data and ad hoc analysis to management.
Partner with global finance, operations, supply chain, R&D, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses.
Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations.
Analyze and communicate monthly and quarterly business performance.
Drive continuous improvement through process standardization and automation.
Lead and develop finance team members.
Support new product development by reviewing business cases.

Krav

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering, financial analysis, or similar.
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, and business performance evaluation.
Detail-oriented approach with strong leadership skills and experience leading teams, projects, or complex planning processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Advanced business system knowledge, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with PowerBI is a plus.
Familiarity with AI, automation, and advanced analytics concepts.
