ABB is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst responsible for daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, treasury, payment processing, and audit support. The role requires proficiency in SAP financial modules, strong attention to detail, and good command of English and Chinese.

Ansvarsområden

Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, treasury operations, and payment processing.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and foreign currency balance reports.
Process BAD requests and manage SAP open items.
Manage accounts receivable aging and collections.
Process local payments and manage payment workflows.
Verify withholding tax payments and manage FX transactions.
Maintain SOD role compliance.
Prepare and organize audit materials and support audit operations.
Perform closing tasks and prepare annual reports.
Handle company-level related operations.

Krav

Proficiency in SAP Financial Module (especially FI/AR/AP modules).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Familiarity with payment systems, treasury operations, and compliance requirements.
