The Financial Controller is responsible for validating financial results, supporting month-end close, preparing management reporting, and providing financial analysis. This role involves close collaboration with Finance leadership and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and deliver meaningful financial insights. Ansvarsområden

Review and validate financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and procedures.
Perform variance analysis of actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
Identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases.
Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Assist with scenario analysis and financial modeling.
Support internal control and compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of financial reporting and planning tools.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or related field.
More than 4 years of experience in Audit, Financial Controlling or FP&A.
Experience supporting and preparing budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities.
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Big4 experience is a high plus.
Strong proficiency in process-automation tools (Power Query, Power BI) and AI-based productivity tools is a plus.
