Responsibilities
- Review and validate financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and procedures.
- Perform variance analysis of actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and key performance drivers.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases.
- Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Assist with scenario analysis and financial modeling.
- Support internal control and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of financial reporting and planning tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or related field.
- More than 4 years of experience in Audit, Financial Controlling or FP&A.
- Experience supporting and preparing budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities.
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Big4 experience is a high plus.
- Strong proficiency in process-automation tools (Power Query, Power BI) and AI-based productivity tools is a plus.
