I korthet

We are seeking a Financial Analyst in Pune to support finance and controlling activities, including reporting, analysis, budgeting, and compliance. The role requires advanced Excel proficiency, strong analytical skills, and 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support day-to-day finance, controlling, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/periodic closing processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data, documentation, and compliance with defined processes.
  • Coordinate with business and finance stakeholders on routine operational requirements.
  • Support system, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Krav

  • Advanced understanding of finance, controlling, and reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and financial data handling.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, PowerBI or similar analytical tools.
  • Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and support process improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Finance Qualification - CA / CA Inter/ CMA / ACCA.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, reporting, or accounting support roles.
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in operations controlling preferred.
  • Experience in an ERP-based environment and exposure to reporting / reconciliation activities preferred.
