We are seeking a Financial Analyst in Pune to support finance and controlling activities, including reporting, analysis, budgeting, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance, controlling, and reporting activities.
- Assist in preparation of reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/periodic closing processes.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data, documentation, and compliance with defined processes.
- Coordinate with business and finance stakeholders on routine operational requirements.
- Support system, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of finance, controlling, and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and financial data handling.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, PowerBI or similar analytical tools.
- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn new systems and support process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
- Finance Qualification - CA / CA Inter/ CMA / ACCA.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, reporting, or accounting support roles.
- Experience in Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in operations controlling preferred.
- Experience in an ERP-based environment and exposure to reporting / reconciliation activities preferred.
