- Provide strategic leadership to Engineering and Finance leaders to drive operating leverage through resource allocation and investment optimization.
- Analyze current resource landscape, macro-level results, and apply systems thinking to recommend decision-making levers.
- Drive process excellence to assess business health, identify opportunities, risks, and tradeoffs, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Establish and leverage holistic analytical frameworks and best practices to anticipate trends and deliver insights for resource allocation and investment spend.

Krav
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 10+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience managing direct reports.

- Financial analysis experience in a high-tech company
- Revenue Planning and/or Consulting experience
- Communication & presentation skills
- Experience in developing complex financial models and scenario analysis
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to influence and impact without authority, operate in ambiguity, and solve difficult problems
- Ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic and matrixed environment
- Interpersonal and cross group collaboration skills
- Ability to drive simplicity within a complex and matrix environment
- Proficient technical skills (Excel/Power BI and SQL)
Förmåner
- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year.
- For specific work locations in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
